A flavorful, hearty dish that serves great with crispy potatoes or roasted vegetables.
· 1 lb of skirt steak or steak of choice
· 1 bottle of LIVWELL Calabrian Chili Pepper Romesco
· 1 bunch parsley for garnish
· 1 lime
· Season steak liberally with salt, pepper, and lime juice
· Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until done to the degree of doneness you desire. Let skirt steak rest for 10 minutes until slicing to serve.
· Warm bottle of LIVWELL Calabrian Chili Pepper Romesco in large sauce pan over low heat for 5-7 minutes until warm throughout. Be careful no not overcook or burn!
· Add dollup of romesco sauce on side. Serve warm.
