- Dip each chicken breast into the "buttermilk" mixture, making sure it’s well-coated. Then, dredge the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to coat the chicken thoroughly.

- Heat 1-2 tablespoons of avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the coated chicken breasts.
