Hi! This is Olivia, the Founder of Livwell.
As a holistic nutrition coach and chef, and mom of 2, I believe that food is medicine and can help us reach new levels of wellness and vitality. With that, I founded LIVWELL Foods, a "better for you" pasta sauce and salad dressing brand. LIVWELL is a collection of superfood sauces and dressings crafted with only the finest ingredients, to nourish us on the deepest level. The best part? No added dairy, or seed oils ever. And kids love it too!
What started as a personal journey turned into a category disrupting adventure. Livwell was founded on principles of love, wholesomeness and simplicity when I wanted to live my best life by enjoying clean, unprocessed sauces that gave my body, mind and soul what it was craving - delicious and nutritious food.
What was crafted in a home kitchen turned into a national craze when I realized that many more people were looking for the same thing. In 2020, Livwell was born. Today, we continue to live our mission and bring the healthiest, most delicious products to eaters everywhere.
