A warming fall meal, perfect for a weekday dinner or romantic date night! Rich burrata marries with flavorful romesco sauce, tomatoes and garlic to make a meal you'll make over and over again
INGREDIENTS ( serves 4)
- 1 lb of spaghetti
- 1 bottle LIVWELL Calabrian Chili Romesco Sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small container (8 oz) of cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- Buratta (egg size) – 4 for serving
- 2 tsp salt
- Fresh herbs for garnishing –basil, oregano
DIRECTIONS
- In large skillet, add garlic and saute until translucent. Add your tomatoes, and saute until soft and aromatic. Season with 1 tsp of salt
- Next cook your pasta al dente. Once ready, add to your skillet with the tomatoes and garlic, and ½ cup of pasta water
- Add your Calabrian chili romesco sauce to skillet, and cook all together until the pasta absorbs the sauce, about 4-5 mins.
- Serve warm in medium bowls. Add your burrata and fresh herbs as garnish. Mangia!
