As a holistic nutrition coach, chef, and mom of two, I couldn’t find pasta sauces or dressings that delivered both great flavor and real nutritional function. My family was dairy-free, yet the options available lacked the taste and quality ingredients we were looking for. So I went to work in my kitchen to create the sauce brand I wished existed. What began as homemade recipes quickly grew into a national craze as more people searched for the same thing—delicious, better-for-you sauces made with thoughtful ingredients. Today, LIVWELL continues its mission to bring the healthiest, most flavorful products to tables everywhere. With each bottle, we hope to inspire positive change in personal health, the wellbeing of our planet, and future generations.
