As a holistic nutrition coach and chef, I believe that food is medicine and can help us reach new levels of wellness and vitality. With that, I founded LIVWELL Foods, a "better for you" pasta sauce brand. LIVWELL is a collection of plant based superfood sauces crafted with only the finest ingredients, to nourish us on the deepest level. The best part? No added dairy, preservatives, artificial ingredients, colors, or gums, ever. And kids love it too!

Olivia grew up on her families farm in Acton, MA and started working at the retail grocery store she was 8 years old. She loved crafting foods from farm fresh produce and providing healthy empowering products to their customers all over Massachusetts.
Fast forward to today... The sauce industry is a $124B industry, but it's heavily saturated with tomato sauces, and many are packed with dairy or filler ingredients for optimal taste. With a CPG and Wellness background, Olivia walked down the pasta sauce aisle of a large grocery store and thought to herself ..“There has got to be a way to change this category up, with more innovative flavors and healthier sauces!” That experience led her to start LIVWELL Foods.
Olivia created the first three sauces in her kitchen after 6 months of R&D with 2 small children underfoot! She experimented with plant based ingredients like superfoods, cashews, almonds, and fresh herbs. Finally! She had the first three sauces she dreamed of. They were healthy, delicious, luxurious, and guilt free!
Olivia tested them in the Northeast marketplace, and local farmers markets and had an overwhelming response. Finally, a large retailer expressed interest in carrying them and asked her to bring these sauces to market!
LIVWELL launches an online marketplace May of 2021 - shipping sauces to customers all over the country! Livwell sold out twice online, before expanding to several Northeast retail chains that fall.
Due to overwhelming interest and growing demand from large retail chains, LIVWELL moves to larger manufacturing facility. LIVWELL continues to bring high quality products with premium ingredients and vegan, gluten free and dairy free qualifications.
