"I usually make my own dressings, but I’ll occasionally keep a bottle from the store on hand for those moments when I’ve already made the salad and don’t want to stop to make dressing, too. Over the years, I’ve been consistently underwhelmed — both by the flavor and the ingredients. But this dressing (and the miso Caesar) completely changed that.
